Day 1 Tour Schedule:
- 7:30 AM: Departure from Railway Station. Road trip to Polavaram/Purushothapatnam revu.
- 9:00 AM: Board the Boat. Enjoy breakfast on board as we begin our journey on the sacred Godavari River.
- 10:00 AM: Visit GandiPochamma Temple located on the banks of River Godavari, for darshan.
- 11:00 AM: Continue our boat journey via Devipatnam. POLICE CHECK UP.
- 1:00 PM: Indulge in a vegetarian lunch served on the boat during the journey.
- 2:00 PM: Reach Papikondalu, a trio of hills standing tall and dividing the districts of EAST, WEST, and KHAMMAM in the midst of the River Godavari. Enjoy the picturesque journey through the Papikondalu hills.
- 3:00 PM: Arrive at Perantapalli Tribal Village. Visit Ramakrishna Muni Vatika, established by Late Poojya Swamiji Balananda Saraswathi in 1927. Witness the divine Swayambu Lingakara Sri Veereswa Swamy and explore the local sights. Then head towards the Koruturu (Sirivaka) Campsite.
- 4:30 PM: Arrive at Papikondalu resorts situated on the bank of River Godavari at Kortuturu Tribal Village in the West Godavari district. Disembark from the boat, enjoy evening snacks, and have free time at the campsite. Relish a Non-Veg dinner and stay overnight in the Papikondalu resorts with a campfire.
Day 2 Tour Schedule:
- Early Morning: Embark on a memorable trek through the forest. Take a refreshing bath in the water canal nestled amidst Papikondalu.
- 9:00 AM: Breakfast at the camping site. Enjoy leisure time for local sightseeing.
- 2:00 PM: Savor a hearty Veg or Non-Veg lunch. Boat pickup at 3:00 PM for the return journey.
- 6:30 PM: Arrive at Pattiseema revu/Polavaram revu/Purushothapatnam revu.
- 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Begin the road journey back to Rajamahendravaram.
- Note: For those opting to drop off at Bhadrachalam, an additional charge of Rs. 150 per head applies.
Additional Options:
Pickup from Koruturu & Move to Pochavaram:
- 1:00 PM: Depart from Koruturu by Boat (2:30 PM – 4:30 PM).
- Explore Pochavaram and then proceed to Bhadrachalam (70 km, 2-hour road journey).
- Finally reaching Bhadrachalam: 6:00 PM. The temple will be closing at 9:00 PM.
